Transferring Data

If you have recently installed your new ACCPAC system and are in the process of bringing your data over from your old system, we are the ones that can help you put the right piece into the proper place.

Troubleshooting

Sometimes an apparent system failure is the result of something basic like a preference choice or an improper configuration. Extensive field experience enables MICROTEK Service staff to quickly identify and address these types of simple, but perplexing problems.

On-Site Service Calls

Are responded to within a 24 to 48 hour timeframe on a first-call, first-serve basis. To schedule on-site service, please call to our office.

Remote Support

Is an option for clients who seek fast turnaround for system troubleshooting and end-user support through secure remote monitoring and control of your selected workstations and servers (dedicated Internet access required).

Telephone Support

From our experienced technicians can alleviate the need for a lengthier on-site or carrying service call. If on-site or carry-in service is necessary, any telephone support fee is applied to the cost of the service. Full Service.
